PALLIATIVE CARE

Palliative care is a comprehensive care program especially designed to help you manage physical symptoms and emotional distress related to illnesses such as cancer, heart disease lung disease, kidney failure, cystic fibrosis among others.

The goal of the program is a maximize your quality of life by improving your physical, emotional and spiritual well-being.

This program is provided by your insurance at no cost to you.

Your supportive care team will be:

  • Chaplain
  • Pharmacist

When should you consider Palliative Care?

You may want to consider palliative care if you struggle with one or more of the following symptoms related to your illness.
